1. Touch Contact (the "SOFTWARE") are available only if you agree to the software agreements. We interpret to have agreed to the software agreements If you ran this software.

• httpcomponents library (Apache License version 2.0).
• background image of the detail screen (Shutterstock Images LLC).
• default picture image of the detail screen (Shutterstock Images LLC).
3. The custom skins on official forum (www.czerkinsky.com/android/TouchContact/en/bbs/) shall be granted to free use for personal use in software if it does not expressly expressed by the author of skins.
4. Any modifications to these Agreement shall perform only at the discretion of copyright holder.



2. Prohibited activity.
1. The distribution of software and original skins.
2. Modifying, binary analysis, reverse engineering, and decompilation of software.
3. Direct link to skins and images on this website.
   The link to the threads or posts on the official forum are not limited.
4. The diversion of original skins.
   The following activity does not apply to prohibited acts.
• Touch Contact has ability that automatically use original skins if skin files does not exist in custom skin folder.



3. Exclusion of liability.
1. The copyright holder makes no warranty for this software. All issues raised regarding this software, and shall be processed in the user's responsibility.
2. The copyright holder, for any damages caused by defects in the software, does not assume full responsibility even if it was announced that there could be some failure in advance.
3. The copyright holder does not assume full responsibility to upgrade the software and bug fixes.
4. The copyright holder does not assume full responsibility for damages or disadvantages caused by the use of this program.
